Reporting Infringement

If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work; (3) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location (URL); (4) your contact information; (5) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act.

Our Response

Upon a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the material and may notify the user. We may, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

Counter-Notice

A user whose content was removed may submit a counter-notice meeting the requirements of the DMCA. We may restore the content as permitted by law.
