Our Role

Stay Utah is a technology platform that facilitates bookings between guests and independent management companies and hosts (“Hosts”). Stay Utah does not own, operate, or manage the listed properties and is not the merchant of record for any stay.

Host Licensing & Permits

Each Host is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all licenses, permits, registrations, tax registrations, and insurance required to lawfully list and operate its properties, including any short-term-rental license, business license, occupancy/transient-room tax registration, and compliance with applicable zoning, safety, and local regulations. By listing on the Platform, Hosts represent that they hold all such required authorizations.

What This Means for Guests

Because Hosts operate independently, licensing and permitting requirements—and the responsibility to meet them—rest with the Host for each property. Stay Utah does not verify, warrant, or guarantee any Host’s licensing or regulatory compliance and is not responsible for a Host’s failure to comply.

Straight answers

I’ll just stay on Airbnb.: Keep OTAs if you want. Stay Utah adds Direct and curated marketplace demand they do not give you.
Listing sites are set-and-forget spam.: We are curated. Fit matters. You talk to a person before you are live.
This is just another property manager pitch.: Stay Utah is the guest marketplace. Listing here puts your home in front of bookers. Ops depth is a separate conversation if you need it.
There’s a big upfront fee.: No upfront cost to start the conversation. The advisor schedules the next step. Commercial terms wait for that call.
I don’t have time for onboarding.: The form is short. The advisor handles the rest. This page is not a full wizard.

Questions owners ask

Is Stay Utah the same as Cohosting?: Stay Utah is the guest marketplace guests book on. Cohosting runs hospitality ops behind the scenes for managed inventory. Listing on Stay Utah is about reaching guests. We will be clear which path fits your home.
Can I keep Airbnb or VRBO?: Yes, when it fits your plan. Stay Utah is additive Direct and marketplace demand.
What does it cost?: No upfront cost to talk. Commercial terms are covered on the advisor call.
Do I need a property manager?: Not to start this form. If you want full ops, say so in Notes and we will route that.
Where will my home appear?: Stay Utah search and collections, and a Direct resort site when the home belongs in that collection: Pecan Valley, Zion Village, or Zion Skyline.
How fast can I go live?: It depends on photos, license and insurance truth, and the calendar. Your advisor gives a real timeline after the fit check.
