Great place, communication by host was 10 on 10, however I wish few things were better (like dishwasher was broken, one of the ac not working etc) Not a deal breaker tho, we def enjoyed our stay and would come back again if those things are take care of!
BEWARE! Very unprofessional and impersonal host. A family member mistakenly left a $400 fan and an ENTIRE SUITCASE of personal belongings. The host has gone quiet and has not been willing to work with us to recover our property even after we said we could drive back and pick it up. Extremely disappointed that a place at this price point would be so careless when a guest forgets any personal items, especially of this magnitude. Stay with someone who knows how to be a host!

We booked this place literally the day of due to an issue with a previously booked BnB. This host was very responsive and communicated every detail to me for a smooth check-in. He even gave us tips on things to do nearby. I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends. Also there were plenty of appliances and dishes for all of our needs. All we needed to do was buy food. Perfect ๐๐พ

Beautiful and spacious home. Enjoyed the peaceful evenings surrounding the pool and hot tub. It was perfect for a multigenerational family get together. Especially appreciated access to the pecan Valley club. The surfing machine was a big hit.

Place was great! A few things it did not have any laundry detergent to wash towels/clothes, the floors were vacuumed but needed to be mopped. Did not have any shampoo/conditioner, no sponge to wash the dishes, no information binder to tell us about the house. The pool cover wasnโt working at the time so no swimming but we were aware. Overall a decent place to stay! Enough room for our large family.
