Check in is easy with the code we give you so that you can access the property at anytime. You will have total privacy and access to the entire home during your stay. We are available at anytime by phone/text and have staff nearby ready to respond to any of your onsite needs.

Disclaimer:
Our homes are located in the heart of the desert, where the unique environment means occasional encounters with pests, despite our best efforts. We spray monthly for pest control to maintain a comfortable space for our guests.

During the summer months sugar ants are more common, and they can appear if food is left out, even with regular pest control. In the winter, cockroaches may be seen more frequently. While we take extensive measures to keep them out, the desert environment can sometimes make it unavoidable.

Please note that refunds will not be granted for pest sightings. However, if you let us know, our pest control team can come out during your stay to spray again. We truly do our best to maintain a clean and pest free home and appreciate your understanding of these natural desert challenges.

To ensure your stay is as enjoyable and seamless as possible, there are a few additional details we'd like you to note before booking:

✔ Quiet Hours: In respect of our neighbors and local regulations, we observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask you to keep outdoor activities and noise levels considerate during these times.

✔ Age Requirement: The primary guest responsible for the booking must be at least 18 years old. We find this helps in ensuring a responsible and enjoyable stay for all our guests.

✔ No Smoking Policy: For the health and comfort of all our guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the house and anywhere on the property. Violation of this policy may result in a cleaning fee and potential additional charges.

✔ Pet Policy: While we love furry friends, our home is not equipped to host pets. This policy helps us maintain the high standard of cleanliness and comfort for all guests.

✔ Check-In/Check-Out Times: Check-in is available from 4 PM, and we kindly ask that you check out by 11 AM on your departure day. This allows us to ensure the home is perfectly prepared for both your arrival and the next guests'.

We provide a starter supply of essentials such as paper goods, soaps, and basic necessities to get you through your first couple of days. Should you need more during your stay, you’ll simply need to purchase them locally.

If you’d like to arrange extra services like daily cleaning, mid-stay refreshes, or additional amenities, they may be available for an additional fee — just ask!

Guest Verification & Damage Waiver

To make your stay smoother and worry-free, we’ve partnered with a trusted third-party service for guest verification and damage protection.

Before you arrive, you’ll complete a quick verification to ensure a safe and seamless check-in. As part of this process, you’ll also be required to purchase a damage waiver that provides up to $500 in accidental damage protection during your stay:
