Main Floor:

- Living Room & Kitchen Area: Open-concept layout with a fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and a spacious living area, perfect for family meals and gatherings.

- Master Suite 1: Luxurious king bed with a private patio and an attached bathroom for added convenience.

- Bunk Room: A cozy bedroom with a full bunk bed and a full trundle, ideal for accommodating additional guests comfortably.

- Additional Bathroom: A half bath is conveniently located on the main floor.

Second Floor:

- King Suite 2 & King Suite 3: Both suites feature king beds and private en-suite bathrooms, providing a luxurious retreat for guests.

Note: The community pool and hot tub will be closed during the month of January for maintenance.

We are committed to providing you a superior stay. After booking, we will send you PreStay Information that will help with planning your stay. Check in is easy with the code we give you so that you can access the property at anytime. You will have total privacy and access to the entire home during your stay. We are available at anytime by phone/text and have staff nearby ready to respond to any of your onsite needs.

This is a brand new development and we are one of the first townhomes to be finished. We are situated in the heart of Southern Utah, with stunning views of the West Temple of Zion National Park to the east and Pine Valley Mountain rising in the west.

There is no public transportation in this small desert town, but there is Uber. The home features a 2 car garage with additional parking in the driveway and along the street. The airport is about 20 minutes away. Grocery stores and gas stations are within a ten minute drive. Zion National Park is 25 minutes away. Grand Canyon & Bryce Canyon are both about 2 hours away. Tuacahn is a 45 minute drive, located 25 minutes from St George.

Our homes are located in the heart of the desert, where the unique enviornment means occasional encounters with pests, despite our best efforts. We spray monthly for pest control to maintain a comfortable space for our guests.

During the summer months sugar ants are more common, and they can appear if food is left out, even with regular pest control. In the winter, cockroaches may be seen more frequently. While we take extensive measures to keep them out, the desert environment can sometimes make it unavoidable.

Please note that refunds will not be granted for pest sightings. However, if you let us know, our pest control team can come out during your stay to spray again. We truly do our best to maintain a clean and pest free home and appreciate your understanding of these natural desert challenges.

Check-In:

Time: Check-in begins at 4 PM.

Process: We offer a seamless self check-in experience, allowing you to arrive at your convenience anytime after 4 PM.

Before your arrival, you'll receive a detailed guide with step-by-step instructions on how to access the property.

Feel free to settle in, explore the space, and make yourself at home. Should you have any questions or need assistance during the check-in process, our team is readily available to help.

Check-Out:

Time: Check-out is at 11 AM.

Process: We aim to make your departure as effortless as your arrival. On the day of check-out, kindly ensure that all your belongings are packed and that you vacate the premises by 11 AM. Before you leave, please:

Return any keys, fobs, or access cards to their original location.

Ensure that the doors and windows are securely locked.

Dispose of any trash in the designated bins.
If you require a late check-out, please inform us in advance. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, it is subject to availability.

Quiet Hours: We take pride in providing a peaceful and comfortable environment for all our guests and neighbors. To maintain this, we ask that you observe our quiet hours:

Time: Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM.

Guidelines: During these hours, please be mindful of noise levels within the property, especially in common areas like hallways, balconies, and outdoor spaces. Lower the volume on electronics, avoid loud conversations, and refrain from any activities that could disturb others. This ensures that everyone can enjoy a restful night and a pleasant stay.

While we ensure the home is clean, beautiful, and welcoming for your arrival, hotel-style services like daily housekeeping, concierge assistance, and unlimited toiletries are not included in your reservation.

We provide a starter supply of essentials such as paper goods, soaps, and basic necessities to get you through your first couple of days. Should you need more during your stay, you’ll simply need to purchase them locally.

If you’d like to arrange extra services like daily cleaning, mid-stay refreshes, or additional amenities, they may be available for an additional fee — just ask!
