The heart of the home features a bright, open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining area—perfect for gathering, sharing meals, and relaxing together. The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking easy, and a convenient half bath is located on this level.

♔ King Suite #1: A peaceful retreat with a plush king bed and a spacious en suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and standalone soaking tub.

♔ King Suite #2: Another comfortable king suite with its own private bathroom—ideal for couples or parents.

Bunk Room: A guest favorite! This fun space includes four queen beds, sleeping up to 8 guests, with a nearby shared bathroom and closet space.

Tuesday: Closed for maintenance

STARTING IN NOVEMBER, the hot tubs, restaurant, and clubhouse remain open, while the pools and water park are closed until Memorial Day (subject to change).

The hot tub maintenance service is scheduled twice weekly, every Wednesday and Saturday.

Disclaimer:
Our homes are located in the heart of the desert, where the unique enviornment means occasional encounters with pests, despite our best efforts. We spray monthly for pest control to maintain a comfortable space for our guests.

During the summer months sugar ants are more common, and they can appear if food is left out, even with regular pest control. In the winter, cockroaches may be seen more frequently. While we take extensive measures to keep them out, the desert environment can sometimes make it unavoidable.

Please note that refunds will not be granted for pest sightings. However, if you let us know, our pest control team can come out during your stay to spray again. We truly do our best to maintain a clean and pest free home and appreciate your understanding of these natural desert challenges.

Pool & Waterpark Notice
The pool and waterpark are currently scheduled to open in mid-July, though this date may change due to weather or maintenance needs. Please note that refunds will not be issued based on amenity availability. We appreciate your understanding.

We do not provide propane, if you would like to use bbq or fire pit you’ll need to provide

Resort Construction Disclaimer:
Our community is still growing! Construction is ongoing throughout the resort. Work is typically limited to weekday daytime hours, with occasional work on weekends. The construction crews are mindful of our guests, and we strive to maintain a peaceful atmosphere at all times.
Refunds will not be issued for any noise or disruptions related to construction.
So far, guest experiences have been wonderful, and we are excited to welcome you to this vibrant and evolving resort!

We provide a starter supply of essentials such as paper goods, soaps, and basic necessities to get you through your first couple of days. Should you need more during your stay, you’ll simply need to purchase them locally.

If you’d like to arrange extra services like daily cleaning, mid-stay refreshes, or additional amenities, they may be available for an additional fee — just ask!

Austin’s home was Absolutly beautiful. It has enough space for our family of 7 and more. The waterpark was wonderful and loved how close it was. However we had to ask for check in instructions because nothing was ever sent to us. And when we arrived the door code did not work. We asked for someone to come out and even though he said he would send maintenance no one ever came out and when we asked again they told us to please be patient (that was on day four) and ultimately no one ever followed up or came out. Even though we could go in and out of the garage not responding to a guest request and problem is not ok. We loved being there during the week day however construction was directly outside the condo and they started every morning at 5:45 am. We do recommend this place for anyone wanting a nice stay, but we hope that the host responds better going forward to other guest.

My whole family loved this place and just kept raving about it! We look forward to coming back again next year! The only thing that would have made it better is if the water park area was fully open and running (won’t be open until end of May ‘26.) We felt it was a great deal for what we paid. It’s so nice and new, well furnished, and comfortable! Beds were so soft and we felt right at home! For anyone who is staying here in the future my only tip is to use Google Maps and not Apple. Apple Maps took us to a not even close destination.
