Ongoing construction: Please note that there is ongoing construction two rows down from us and at the clubhouse. They do try and keep noise levels to a minimum and don’t work during city quiet hours.

Our homes are located in the heart of the desert, where the unique enviornment means occasional encounters with pests, despite our best efforts. We spray monthly for pest control to maintain a comfortable space for our guests.

During the summer months sugar ants are more common, and they can appear if food is left out, even with regular pest control. In the winter, cockroaches may be seen more frequently. While we take extensive measures to keep them out, the desert environment can sometimes make it unavoidable.

Please note that refunds will not be granted for pest sightings. However, if you let us know, our pest control team can come out during your stay to spray again. We truly do our best to maintain a clean and pest free home and appreciate your understanding of these natural desert challenges.

Our community is still growing! Construction is ongoing throughout the resort. Work is typically limited to weekday daytime hours, with occasional work on weekends. The construction crews are mindful of our guests, and we strive to maintain a peaceful atmosphere at all times.
Refunds will not be issued for any noise or disruptions related to construction.

We provide a starter supply of essentials such as paper goods, soaps, and basic necessities to get you through your first couple of days. Should you need more during your stay, you’ll simply need to purchase them locally.

If you’d like to arrange extra services like daily cleaning, mid-stay refreshes, or additional amenities, they may be available for an additional fee — just ask!

This house was amazing! Honestly, one of the nicest houses that I have ever stayed at. Although it's a little expensive, it is definitely worth it and was more than accommodating for my big group. The host was more than willing to communicate and accommodate all the requests that we had throughout the entirety of our stay. Unfortunately, the waterpark was under construction during our stay so we weren't able to fully benefit from all the amenities... But we went pretty early in the year, so I don't blame that on the host at all(It will be up and running by Memorial Day Weekend). Overall, this house is a 10/10 and would recommend to anyone!
