Luxurious house just 5 minutes from Sand Hollow and Jellystone Water Park. Enjoy a private pool, game room, and balcony. The house has two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), an upstairs bedroom with a queen bed, two bunk beds (twin over twin and twin over full with a trundle), and a loft with three sofa beds. The spacious kitchen and living room provide ample space. Guests also have access to resort amenities, including a pool, spa, and pickleball courts.

Guests have access to the entire main house, including the private pool, game room, balcony, and all common areas. One interior closet is locked for owner use and is not accessible to guests.

We are committed to providing you a superior stay. After booking, we will send you PreStay Information that will help with planning your stay. Check in is easy with the code we give you so that you can access the property at anytime. You will have total privacy and access to the entire home during your stay. We are available at anytime by phone/text and have staff nearby ready to respond to any of your onsite needs.

Pool service comes sometime between Monday and Friday and will come through the garage to access the pool.

Our homes are located in the heart of the desert, where the unique enviornment means occasional encounters with pests, despite our best efforts. We spray monthly for pest control to maintain a comfortable space for our guests.

During the summer months sugar ants are more common, and they can appear if food is left out, even with regular pest control. In the winter, cockroaches may be seen more frequently. While we take extensive measures to keep them out, the desert environment can sometimes make it unavoidable.

Please note that refunds will not be granted for pest sightings. However, if you let us know, our pest control team can come out during your stay to spray again. We truly do our best to maintain a clean and pest free home and appreciate your understanding of these natural desert challenges.

We provide a starter supply of essentials such as paper goods, soaps, and basic necessities to get you through your first couple of days. Should you need more during your stay, you’ll simply need to purchase them locally.

If you’d like to arrange extra services like daily cleaning, mid-stay refreshes, or additional amenities, they may be available for an additional fee — just ask!
