Promotions & Loyalty Policy

Opt-In Only

Promotions, discounts, and loyalty points are offered at Stay Utah’s sole discretion and apply only to properties whose Hosts (management companies or hosts) have affirmatively elected to participate. Hosts are free to participate or not, on a per-property basis.

Our Discretion

We may create, modify, limit, suspend, or terminate any promotion, discount, or loyalty benefit at any time, in our discretion, without liability. Benefits have no cash value unless required by law, are non-transferable unless stated, and may be subject to additional terms disclosed at the time of the offer. Promotions and discounts apply only when entered at checkout, cannot be applied retroactively or to cancelled-and-rebooked stays, and cannot be converted to cash or credit.

Funding and Refunds

Where a promotion reduces the accommodation price, the discount is borne by the participating Host as the merchant of record. Any Stay Utah Service Fee is calculated and refunded as described in the Booking Policy and Terms of Service.

Eligibility and Abuse

We may exclude any user or booking from a promotion and may revoke benefits obtained through fraud, error, or violation of these terms or our Community Standards.
