Content & Review Policy

License You Grant

By posting content, photos, or reviews to the Platform, you grant Stay At, LLC DBA Stay Utah a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully sublicensable and transferable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Platform and our business.

Content Standards

Content and reviews must be truthful, lawful, and based on a genuine experience. Prohibited content includes anything fake, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, defamatory, misleading, discriminatory, obscene, infringing, or in violation of our Community Standards.

Reviews

Reviews must reflect a genuine, first-hand experience. Fake, incentivized-in-violation-of-policy, retaliatory, or extortionate reviews are prohibited and will be removed.

Our Rights

Stay Utah reserves the sole and absolute right to remove, edit, hide, decline, or refuse to publish any content, photo, or review, in our discretion, with or without notice and with or without reason. We have no obligation to publish, display, or retain any content, and no obligation to retain removed content.

No Endorsement

Content does not represent our views, and we do not endorse or guarantee any user content. Property listings and listing content are provided by independent Hosts; Stay Utah is a facilitator and does not verify or guarantee listing content.

Report problematic content to legal@stayutah.com. Copyright complaints are handled under our DMCA / Copyright Policy.
